Daniel Sandler Watercolour Blush in Flush!

I’ve seen these blushers on YouTube, blogs, etc, for ages but I was worried about the liquid part. My only other experience with liquid blusher has been with Benefit’s Benetint and Posietint. Don’t get me wrong, I love them but I find that when I apply them it removes my foundation and concealer, so I can only use them when my skin is really clear.

That is not an issue with Watercolour Blush! I applied my Superfacialist Rose oil, Nivea Visage Q10 moisturiser, Mascara, Illamasqua Hydra Veil and Illamasqua Skin Base 2 as normal (a lot of products I know :-/). I then put a dot of the blusher on the back of my hand and applied with my fingers to the apples of my cheeks. It went on smoothly and didn’t remove or disturb my base makeup at all! It didn’t highlight or expose any blemishes or red spots either ^_^

I found that I was able to build up the colour to my liking and could also pat it down if I felt it was too strong. The edges of the blusher were so easy to blend in, I didn’t get a rim of foundation or a hard line!

Today I wore Flush, but I also bought Cherub, which I will try tomorrow! These blushers will definitely become a mainstay!
Here’s a couple of photos of me wearing it. Please excuse my face, my lips are sore and I’ve had a looong day at work. It does show how well it’s lasted though, I haven’t touched it up all day!
